Dandemutande is a privately owned company established in July 1997 and a subsidiary of Telerix Communications (Private) Limited whose majority shareholder, is Masawara Plc. In 2009 Dandemutande was awarded an Internet Access Provider Class A telecommunications operator licence with 30MHz paired 2.5GHz spectrum by the Postal and Telecommunications Regulatory Authority of Zimbabwe (POTRAZ).
